DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN GLOVES OR TOWEL?
Nope – we’ve got you covered. Gloves & towels are on us. Freshly cleaned, disinfected, and ready for your next knockout. Got your own gloves? Even better – bring ’em! Wanna rock a pair of J.X.B Gloves? Hit up the front desk and grab yours.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever you feel like crushing your workout in. Just make sure your kicks are training-ready – your feet, ankles & knees will thank you later. 👟
WHAT SKILL LEVEL ARE THE CLASSES FOR?
All of them. Whether you’re throwing your first jab or you’ve been in the ring for years – our coaches will guide you, push you, and get you moving like a pro.
FIRST TIME?
No sweat. We’ve got your back. 💥
Our coaches will walk you through every move, every combo, every beat — so you’ll feel like part of the crew from the first punch.
Just show up, bring the energy, and let’s make that first round one to remember. 🥊
CAN I SHOWER AFTER CLASS?
Hell yes. Towels (workout + shower) are provided, and we’ve got lockers for your stuff. Just remember – we’re not responsible for lost or damaged items. Keep your gear safe!
SHOULD I BRING WATER?
Hydration = performance. 💧
You can totally bring your own, but we’ve got you covered too. Grab your chilled water bottle at the Front Desk (CHF 5.–) or swing by X CORNER for a quick refill before class.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Roll in at least 10 minutes early. You’ll need time to stash your gear, hydrate, maybe order that post-workout shake. 5 minutes before class, our coach will drop the game plan – trust us, you don’t wanna miss that part.
WHAT IF I’M LATE?
We love you, but… rules are rules.
If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you’ll have to sit this one out. It’s all about respect – for the flow, the coach, and your crew.
CLEANING & HYGIENE OF THE STUDIO?
We keep it cleaner than your Spotify playlist.
After every session, our crew disinfects everything – gloves, bags, benches, floors, mirrors, you name it
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
Oh yeah – we love a good flex. 📸
Feel free to snap a quick picture if you need it — just keep your phone low and try not to interrupt the flow of the class. It’s all about focus, good vibes, and respect for your coach and the people training beside you. Afterwards? Go wild. Snap a pic with your coach, your teammates, your partners in sweat – and don’t forget to tag us: #JABXBURNBOXING #JABXBURN 💥 We love seeing the energy you bring to the ring!
WHAT DO I DO WITH BORROWED GLOVES & TOWELS?
Easy. Drop ’em in the bins in-studio before you head out. Our cleaning team takes it from there.
WHAT’S IN THE CHANGING ROOMS?
Everything you need to freshen up: High-quality hair dryers, Soeder shower gel & lotion, fresh towels from check-in. Just remember – leave it where you found it 😉
POST-WORKOUT REFUEL?
Absolutely. Hit up X CORNER – best protein shakes, energy boosts, and caffeine hits in town. Pre-order before class, and your shake will be waiting when you’re done. Grab. Sip. Glow. 💪
CAN I LEAVE MY STUFF OVERNIGHT?
No overnight stays for your gym bag, sorry.
Lockers get cleared daily – anything left behind lands in lost & found.
I’M PREGNANT – CAN I STILL TRAIN?
First off – congrats, Rockstar. 💥
We love that you want to keep moving, but our JAB.X.BURN sessions are high-intensity – fast, powerful, and physically demanding. For safety reasons, we recommend to check with your doctor first before making any training decisions.
IS JAB.X.BURN COVERED BY HEALTH INSURANCE?
Not (yet) – but we’re working on it. 💪
We know a lot of our members would love to get their sweat sessions partly covered by health insurance, and we’re already in the process of making that happen.
